What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic care involves an evidence-based, drug-free, patient-centred approach to treating the musculoskeletal and nervous system. Chiropractors assess, diagnose and treat conditions with non-invasive, manual care. However, you do not need to be in pain to see a chiropractor - chiropractic care can also reduce the risk of injury, promote health and improve quality of life.
Chiropractors are experts in their field and undergo rigorous studies. They must complete a minimum of 7-years post-secondary education, including more than 4,200 hours of specialized clinical education and a 12 month internship. They must then complete a 3-part standardized national regulatory exam to obtain their license.
